We Buy Melbourne, Florida Houses! Photos~

We buy Melbourne, Florida houses.  Here at UR Home Investments, we can make an offer quickly on all sorts of houses.  We are small and family owned, as well as veteran owned.  That means that we can take the time to come out and view your property, and sit down to discuss options available to you, the seller.  That can be done over the phone, or by text, if that suits you.  Our goal is to create a transaction that benefits all parties.

We buy fixer houses, estate or probate, or even pretty houses in Melbourne, Indialantic, Satellite Beach, FL.

The Blue Angels, in formation over Satellite Beach, Florida.  On the beach side is Patrick Air Force Base, with a limited number of units of on-base housing.  Cocoa Beach is to the North of the base, while Indian Harbour Beach and Indialantic are immediately South of Patrick.  Housing stock is so varied across Brevard County, with 1960s ranch houses in the center of the island, and condos directly on the water, and high-end and custom single family properties on the west side of the barrier island.  The master-planned community of Viera also offers new housing options.

We buy Melbourne, Florida houses.  I have friends who are rehabbing properties in Palm Bay, and would be glad to refer them, should you have a house to sell there.
The tide goes out, Indialantic Beach, Florida.  Since we buy Melbourne, Florida houses we were asked to evaluate an ocean front condo in this sleepy beach-side community. I couldn't resist snapping a photo out front.

This place is unique in all the world:  we can watch the Atlas V and similar launches.  It is amazing to see the flames reflect off the ocean, and then to hear the roar as the boosters push tons of metal and equipment into the atmosphere, lastly to feel the rumble like a small earthquake as the vibrations rattle Melbourne.

Similarly, the Kennedy Space Center is a robust complex, which takes the better part of the day to tour.  Visitors will not be disappointed!

Additionally, we have enjoyed spotting the diverse wildlife in the Melbourne area.  We have observed groups of manatees during the winter months.  These "sea cows" like to cluster in the warmer water of the canals.  Sandhill cranes, large and ungainly, pair up and are seen crossing roads around Melbourne.  Since I am rather new to Florida, I still marvel at possums, armadillos, raccoons, lizards, snakes and the sea turtles that I have observed. Pelicans glide over the tops of the coast hotels, or dip a wing tip into the waves.

If I have not messed it up (new to website building as I am) there should be a photo of a pair of manatees, below.  We were driving into a neighborhood where the houses backed onto a navigable canal.  The ripples in the canal are manatee "footprints."
